IMC plans another Collierville expansion

IMC Companies already has plans in place to increase its footprint at its new Collierville HQ in Schilling Farms. As the company transitions from its current HQ at 3150 Lenox Park Blvd. in Memphis — its home base since 2008 —the company is also making more additions at its new property. Sherrie Hollis, IMC’s chief administrative officer, said the company purchased in May a 3.2-acre lot in Schilling Farms adjacent to their current 6.9-acre lot, with plans to build another three-story, 75,000-square-foot office building on the new lot. Currently, IMC is in the beginning design phase of the project and plans for construction will be announced in the future.
