IMC Receives Best in Benefits Third Year in a Row

IMC Companies was recognized this year as one of the 2020 top 10 Best in Benefit Winners by Milliman. The Best in Benefits Award recognizes employers who offer the best benefit plan relative to their peers.

Using medical plan designs, premiums, and contributions from the Benchmarking Survey, the actuaries calculate the best benefit value and cost for each plan. They then ran the plans by the lowest cost-highest benefit metric to determine who is Best in Benefits.
