Will Connell Discusses Industry with the JOC

Gulf Intermodal President, Will Connell, recently interviewed with Alessandra Barrett, Editor of the Journal of Commerce, during the 2019 Gulf Shipping Conference in Houston, Texas. Will discussed industry topics such as chassis availability. the resin boom, and the driver shortage. “At IMC Companies and Gulf Intermodal, we’ve increased our (driver) compensation in the last couple of years over 30% and we offer an excellent benefits package to try to make sure we can have the drivers we need to make sure we can provide (our) customers great service.”
