IMC Logistics at the Parade of Drivers for Formula 1

We’ve made it to the front of the pack! On Sunday, October 25, IMC’s zero-emission hydrogen truck led the Formula 1 Drivers’ Parade at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, carrying the world’s top drivers past the crowd at a race weekend that drew a record 467,000 fans. Khari Burton from our Pacific Region was in the cab, and IMC team members across the country cheered him on from the stands and from home.

Leading the parade was the fun part. Behind the scenes, our Project Logistics Team handled drayage and storage for more than 250 containers and trailers. As soon as the checkered flag waved, they had everything moving again: to Las Vegas for the next race, to Houston and Wilmington for storage, and to the ports for export.
