IMC’s IT Team Accepts Powerfleet AIoT Award

IMC Vice President, IT Transportation and Logistics Systems, Carl Schultz, recently accepted the AIoT Innovator of the Year Award at the Powerfleet Heartbeat Customer Conference. This inaugural award honors trailblazers’ use of the artificial intelligence of things (AIoT) using Powerfleet’s data science-led solutions to drive the unification of operations for business improvement.

IMC’s receipt of the AIoT Award recognized the innovative use of tracking devices on chassis to enhance visibility to our equipment and customers’ freight. The devices allow IMC to identify when any equipment is moving, regardless of chassis vendor with one singular tracking system. This process uses an interface to unify multiple systems for operational efficiencies for chassis management.
