IMC Announces New CFO

We’re pleased to share an important leadership update at IMC Logistics. Following the retirement of longtime Chief Financial Officer Ted Showalter, who dedicated 12 years of service to our organization, we’re proud to welcome David Rodrigues as our new CFO. David joins IMC with decades of financial leadership experience and a strong track record of driving performance, efficiency, and long-term growth.

In his role, David will lead IMC’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, while partnering closely with our executive team to strengthen financial discipline and support continued operational excellence. His experience, most recently as Vice President of Finance at Quick Group, brings valuable perspective as we continue investing in the capabilities, technology, and capacity that power reliable and efficient landside logistics solutions for our customers.

As IMC continues to grow, our focus remains on delivering consistent, high-quality service backed by strategic leadership.
