IMC Inducts Seven 20 Year Tenured Drivers into the ‘Haul of Fame’

At IMC, it’s of the utmost importance to us that we recognize our drivers for all that they do. One way we do this is through the Driver Haul of Fame wall on our website. To achieve this, drivers need to have served with IMC for a minimum of 20 years.

In 2024, we are adding the following drivers to the Hall of Fame: Midwest Drivers Francisco Rubio and Ramon Gutierrez, Southeast Drivers Ronald Lane and Salih Salihovic, and Gulf Drivers Julio Cabrera, Rafael Vasallo and Jose Lopez.

Francisco Rubio, a Midwest company driver and dispatcher, hit his 20 year milestone this year with IMC. He shares, “I love every aspect of my job. I dispatch Monday through Friday and then sometimes drive on the weekends. I also love to cook so when I can, I cook for the entire office!”

Like many drivers, the inspiration behind Francisco’s career is his family. When asked about what it feels like to see his photo on the IMC Driver Hall of Fame page Francisco shares, “I am really proud to have been with IMC for 20 years. Not only that, but I know my family and kids are proud of me too and that means the world to me.”

It is because of drivers like Francisco that continue to make us the future of drayage. We are truly grateful for the commitment and effort these drivers have shown. Thank you for your invaluable contributions!
